Total Lunar Eclipse

Seems like we never got to see the moon 100% covered by shadow here in Montreal. Nonetheless, it was still very cool seeing the moon in a reddish hue.
Of the 50 or so shots I took while freezing my tuckus off, this, in my opinion, is the better one of the bunch. I, unfortunately, no longer have my 75-300mm zoom lens which would have been great for this opportunity (I had brought the lens back and purchased a Speedlite instead). Here’s a shot that I had taken of a full moon back in August 2007 with the 75-300mm lens.
I now have a Sigma 18-200mm lens which I absolutely love, it’s a great all-around everyday piece of glass. But in a situation like this, I’m starting to learn more of it’s weaknesses.
